Raymond Ziemba is a Planner with SGL who has a broad range of experience in land use planning, project coordination and policy development throughout the GTHA. He is actively involved in the management and execution of development applications, including the preparation of planning reports and associated materials, requests for proposals, and policy studies. In addition, Raymond regularly presents at the Committee of Adjustment and assists senior staff in the preparation for Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and Toronto Local Appeal Body hearings.
Raymond is able to bring an interdisciplinary approach to a variety of projects. Through his previous experiences he has fostered a diverse background in market analysis and private sector land use development. Raymond holds a Masters degree in Urban Planning from Ryerson University, as well as an undergraduate degree in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of Toronto.
On his free time, he teaches skiing, enjoys photography and is a timepiece enthusiast!
