SGL has been retained by the owner of lands within the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre to be a part of a team of inter-disciplinary consultants working collaboratively on the submission of Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control applications to facilitate the development of a multi-phase, multi-tower development.  Vaughan Metropolitan Centre is the City of Vaughan’s Urban Growth Centre and new Downtown, planned to accommodate a new complete community with high residential densities and a mix of employment and commercial uses.  SGL is preparing a planning justification report, draft Zoning By- law Amendment and Urban Design Brief to support the proposed development.
