SGL was retained by Trinison Management Corp. to be a part of a team of inter- disciplinary consultants working collaboratively on the submission of Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By- law Amendment, and Plan of Subdivision applications to facilitate the development of a new residential community on the site of the former Saw Whet Golf Course in Oakville. In support of the application, SGL prepared a planning justification report, draft Official Plan Amendment, draft Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision. SGL also co-ordinated the submission of the application and supporting documents on behalf of the project team. Following the submission, SGL lead the team of consultants through the process of responding to comments received from the City and agencies, and provided evidence in support of the development at the OMB.
