Mississauga, Elm Drive West Development
SGL was retained by the owner of lands along the south side of Elm Drive West in Mississauga to be a part of a team of inter-disciplinary consultants working collaboratively on the submission of Official Plan Amendment (OPA), Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA), and Site Plan applications to facilitate the development of 3 condominium towers and a public park. In support of the application, SGL prepared a planning justification report, draft Official Plan Amendment, and draft Zoning By-law Amendment. SGL also co-ordinated the submission of the application and supporting documents on behalf of the project team. Following the approval of the OPA and ZBA, SGL has since been involved with the ongoing phased site plan application process, working through the site plan approvals process with the owner and their team of consultants.
