Since the approval in 2001 of the Downsview Area Secondary Plan, many changes have occurred in terms of transportation and policy initiatives. These changes led to a review of the Secondary Plan by the City of Toronto through an extensive study process that began in April 2008.   SGL provided advice to Parc Downsview Park Inc., owners of Downsview Park, approximately 530 hectares, generally bounded by Keele Street to the west, Wilson Heights Boulevard to the east, Sheppard Avenue to the north and Wilson Avenue and Highway 401 to the south. On behalf of the landowners, SGL monitored and peer reviewed the City's Secondary Plan, in addition to submitting draft plan and zoning applications.
