Dixie Road Highest and Best Use
SGL worked closely with BMO to provide a comprehensive overview of the site. Once a thorough understanding of the context was established, three options for development were proposed. The subject site was determined large enough to accommodate the potential redevelopment of a multi-tenant manufacturing complex with some office uses along the Queensway. Redevelopment was recommended to be undertaken in a phased manner if required or desired. The potential of each development option was summarized and the preferred option identified.
