West Whitby Zoning By-Law

SGL was retained by the Town of Whitby to create a zoning by-law for the undeveloped West Whitby Secondary Plan Area, a residential, mixed-use and employment area. The project involved working collaboratively with the Town to create a clear, concise and modern by-law that implements the West Whitby Secondary Plan in a manner that will create compact urban form. The product is a modern zoning by-law that fits within the existing zoning by-law. Main components of the by-law have been approved by Council without appeal.
