Site Feasibility Study

City of Toronto

While at The Planning Partnership, Ute Maya-Giambattista conducted a site feasibility analysis of lands located in the east end of the City of Toronto on behalf of a large Toronto charity organization.

The context analysis showed that the area in proximity to the subject site is currently transitioning to higher density, and taller development scenarios which benefited from a close proximity to subway and GO Rail transit systems.  The area's infill development would also benefit from its close proximity to full community services located along Danforth Avenue.  Three development scenarios were prepared exploring a combination of medium and high density built forms.
