SGL in collaboration with Joseph Bogdan Associates Inc. and Dillon Consulting recently completed the St. Catharines Downtown Creative Cluster Master Plan.  The plan proposed a broad framework of intensification areas focused around revitalization of St. Paul St., the new location for the relocation of Brock University's School of Fine and Performing Arts, and a new Niagara Centre for the Arts to the Downtown.  The plan emphasized the need for an integrated and coordinated approach across city departments to implement the priorities of the plan.  The team worked directly with the St. Catharines Planning and Economic Development and Tourism Services department to develop a plan that fit within the capital initiatives and the planning review the city was undertaking at the time.
